Ingredients
250g Baraka Rice Biryani
Vegetable oil
500g of chopped beef
1 red onion, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, minced
ginger, minced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon of coriander powder
1 tablespoon of curry
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Method
1. Cook the rice following packet instructions. Take it from the heat when done and set it aside.
2. Spread the black pepper, ginger, and garlic over the meat and leave it to marinate for a couple of hours.
3. In a pan over medium heat, add the oil, then onions, and sauté until almost golden-brown. Add the marinated beef, then cook for some minutes, and add the curry powder and tomatoes.
4. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce becomes thick and coats the beef and the beef is super soft.
5. Add coriander then serve.
